I went to a minute for a clinic for a couch and was told "I don't not like to provide medical advice to pregnant women." So it was a total waste of time of money.

I had a minute clinic appointment yesterday to get The Provider and my flu is tested to make sure I wasn't sick. I talked to a wonderful receptionist in third lake, who was absolutely kind and patient and brought me nothing but comfort. I also had a nurse practitioner yesterday at the time of 240. I loved them both. They were super sweet. Kept me calm. I have a habit of becoming nervous in any kind of hospital office I have really bad crippling doesn't anxiety and so they were able to calm that and bring forth just to comb and find environment they got me my test results back and they put me on hold with really good music by the way, even though the nurse wasn't able to get me the nurse practitioner right away she was able to give me a fact and tell me the timeframe would be able to get done or when I'd be able to see the person and then the nurse practitioner called me what not even 2 to 3 hours later she said I'd be on priority and I that was the sweetest thing anybody could ever said to me, I am honored that I got to work with those staff today if I had their names I'm gonna try and find them out but they were just wonderful

The wait time was minimal. The Provider was thorough and kind. I was in pain and she was considerate

The practitioner was very rude. All my tests came back negative but she told me I needed to go to the ER for bloodwork. I asked her if there was anything else I could take for my symptoms and she told me Tylenol. Really? I have since been taking Dayquill and my symptoms are gone. She kept telling me it was obvious I didn't feel well based on how I 'looked'. She also questioned the symptoms I reported.. body aches.. etc.. will never go back.

Very nice caring Nurse, Dr was helpful and took the time to talk about all health concerns.

Nurse practitioner was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns.

I have been to the Minute Clinic in Third Lake, IL three times in the past few months. Two of those visits I had The Provider and she was absolutely WONDERFUL and AMAZING!!! She was SO friendly and reassuring! She explained everything about the test that I took . She is extremely knowledgable and compassionate! The other nurse practioner who works there (I am so sorry I do not remember her name ). was also extremely helpful, caring, and reassuring. What a wonderful staff!! I could not have had a better experience! I wish I could have them be my regular primary health doctors 😊
